Browse listings on our marketplace, find an account that matches your needs, and place an order. Your payment is held in secure escrow and only released to the seller after you confirm receipt. You have 5 days to confirm delivery before the order auto-completes.

Yes. All payments go through our escrow system. Your funds are held securely and are never released to the seller until you confirm that you received the account as described. If something goes wrong, you can open a dispute within 15 days.

You have 5 days after the seller marks the order as delivered to confirm receipt or open a dispute. If you take no action within 5 days, the order automatically completes and payment is released to the seller.

You have 15 days from delivery or order completion to open a dispute if there is an issue with your purchase.

Buyers pay a 5% platform fee on top of the listed price. This covers escrow services, buyer protection, fraud prevention, and platform maintenance. There are no hidden fees.

Open a dispute within 15 days of delivery. Provide evidence (screenshots, login attempts) showing the account differs from the listing. Our admin team will review the evidence and make a final decision. If your dispute is valid, you will receive a full refund.

Once you confirm receipt of an order, the transaction is considered complete. Refunds are not available after confirmation unless you can demonstrate the account was fundamentally misrepresented in ways not visible at time of delivery.

Never file a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Always use our internal dispute system instead. Chargebacks violate our Terms of Service and will result in account suspension. Never complete transactions outside the platform — offsite trades are not protected.

You can request cancellation while the order is pending or paid. The seller has 2 hours to respond to your cancellation request. If the seller does not respond, the cancellation can proceed automatically.

Check the seller's profile page which shows their total sales count, average rating, review history, seller level badge, and how long they have been on the platform. MEP Leveler = 10+ sales, MEP Prime = 100+ sales, MEP King = 300+ sales.

Click "Sell" on the platform and submit a seller application. You will need to provide:

  • Your full legal name and country
  • At least one contact method (WhatsApp, Telegram, or Discord)
  • Government ID (front and back)
  • Selfie with your ID document

Once your application and KYC are approved, you can start listing immediately.

No. Once you are an approved seller with verified KYC, your listings go live instantly when you publish them. There is no per-listing approval queue.

You can sell verified social media accounts across all major platforms including Reddit, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Twitter/X, Facebook, Discord, Telegram, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Twitch, Spotify, and more. Accounts must be real, owned by you, and accurately described.

Your listing must:

  • Have an accurate title (3-200 characters)
  • Include a complete description (minimum 3 characters, max 15,000 characters)
  • Be priced at minimum $1.00
  • Be listed in the correct category
  • Not include personal contact information in the description (WhatsApp, Telegram links etc.)
  • Accurately represent the account's followers, age, and monetization status

Sellers pay a 5% platform fee which is deducted from your proceeds on each completed sale. For example, if your listing price is $100, you receive $95 after the platform fee. Buyers separately pay their own 5% fee on top of your listed price.

Here is the exact payment timeline:

  1. Buyer places order → funds held in escrow
  2. You deliver the account to the buyer
  3. Buyer confirms receipt (or 5 days pass with no action)
  4. Order marked complete
  5. Your earnings are queued for release
  6. Funds available to withdraw after 7 working business days

Supported payout methods:

  • Bitcoin: 2% fee, minimum $50
  • USDT TRC20: 1% fee, minimum $50
  • USDT ERC20: available
  • Ethereum: available
  • PayPal: 3.5% fee, minimum $50
  • Bank Transfer: 0% fee, minimum $100

Withdrawal requests go to admin review before processing.

Always document your delivery through our platform:

  • Use our built-in delivery proof system
  • Screenshot the account at time of delivery
  • Deliver account credentials through our order system

With valid delivery proof, you are fully protected against fraudulent buyer claims and chargebacks.

Buyers who file fraudulent dispute claims are permanently banned from the platform. If you have delivery proof showing the account was delivered as described, our admin team will rule in your favor.

No. Each person is permitted only one seller account. Creating multiple accounts to manipulate reviews, sales metrics, or circumvent bans will result in permanent suspension of all accounts.

Seller achievement badges are awarded automatically:

  • MEP Leveler: 10+ completed sales
  • MEP Prime: 100+ completed sales
  • MEP King: 300+ completed sales

Higher badges increase buyer trust and visibility.

Yes. You can boost each listing once every 24 hours to move it back to the top of search results. Boost credits can be purchased through our upgrades system.

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Selling accounts you do not own
  • Listing hacked or illegally obtained accounts
  • Creating fake or misleading listings
  • Contacting buyers outside the platform
  • Having multiple seller accounts
  • Fake reviews or review manipulation
  • Listing accounts with active bans or legal holds

We accept platform wallet balance and cryptocurrency payments via Cryptomus. More payment methods are being added regularly.

When you place an order, your payment is held securely in escrow by Marketing Epic Panel. The funds are only released to the seller after you confirm receipt of the account. This protects buyers from fraud and ensures sellers get paid for legitimate sales.

  • Buyer fee: 5% added on top of listing price
  • Seller fee: 5% deducted from seller proceeds
  • Withdrawal fee: varies by method (0% to 3.5%)

Yes. If our admin team resolves a dispute in your favor as a buyer, you will receive a full refund to your platform wallet balance.

You have 15 days from the delivery date or order completion date to open a dispute. After 15 days, orders are considered final.

Go to your order page and click "Open Dispute". You must provide a reason (minimum 10 characters) explaining the issue. Both you and the seller will then be able to submit messages and evidence.

As a buyer, provide:

  • Screenshots showing the account issue
  • Proof of attempted login or access failure
  • Any communication with the seller about the issue

As a seller, provide:

  • Screenshot of account at time of delivery
  • Delivery confirmation with timestamp
  • Login proof showing account was working

Marketing Epic Panel admins review all evidence submitted by both parties and make the final binding decision. Both parties must cooperate and respond to admin requests within 72 hours.

If the buyer already confirmed receipt, the transaction is complete and no refund is available. If the claim is made before confirmation, the seller must provide delivery proof showing the account was in good condition at time of delivery. Our team reviews timestamps and evidence to determine if the account was valid at delivery.

Yes. Both parties can agree to a mutual resolution within the dispute thread. If both sides acknowledge a resolution, the dispute can be closed without admin intervention.

Click "Register" and provide your username, email address, and password. Verify your email address through the link we send you. You can then log in and start buying immediately.

No. KYC verification is only required for sellers who want to list accounts for sale. Buyers can purchase without KYC.

Click "Forgot Password" on the login page. Enter your email address and we will send you a password reset link valid for a limited time.

Username changes can be requested through your account settings. Username changes are subject to platform availability and our username policy.

If your account is suspended, you will receive a notification explaining the reason. You may contact support@marketingepicpanel.com to appeal the decision. Accounts suspended for serious violations (fraud, chargebacks, fake accounts) may be permanently terminated.
